I have been involved in nutrition and dedicated to health and wellness for over 35 years. I’m married to a wonderful man, who has listened to me talk nutrition for all these years. We have two adult children, and are the grandparents of two beautiful little girls. Also in the family are two sweet Bulldogs, Abby and Bentley. I love the sun and go find it whenever I can.

In my spare time I read about Nutrition, Wellness, Health and Emotions. I do believe in staying strong physically so along with healthy whole foods I go to the gym and lift weights, otherwise I am outside walking and running.

I have experimented with my own body, looking for ways to feel my best, and I will not ask my clients to do or try anything I have done myself. I walk my talk.
