This past summer I became addicted to a drink from Bragg’s called “Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – Ginger Spice”. The ingredients of Bragg’s amazing drink are simple: distilled water, Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar, organic ginger and organic stevia extract. It’s so refreshing and I feel good when I drink it.
When winter came I no longer wanted cold drinks but I usually drink hot water with fresh lemon juice in the morning (good for the liver). So awhile back I added fresh grated ginger to the lemon – very good! Next I added Bragg’s apple cider vinegar to the fresh grated ginger and fresh lemon juice, in hot water. This is my new favorite drink that I am addicted to! This is also a very healthy drink to consume.

Fresh Lemon juice is good to drink in the morning as this will stimulate the digestive system and encourage bowel regularity. Lemon juice supports liver function by strengthening liver enzymes and it is also a natural antiseptic that kills harmful bacteria.
Note: Avoid if in advanced kidney disease or have adrenal stress as the body won’t tolerate it well.
Fresh Grated Ginger is excellent for stomach issues, including cramps, nausea, digestion, colds/flu and is an anti-inflammatory, stimulates blood circulation, expels phlegm accumulated in the lungs and is useful in removing toxins from the body.
Note: Do no take if on medication for diabetes and high blood pressure, blood thinning medication or pre-surgery.
Apple Cider Vinegar is rich in natural minerals, vitamins and enzymes. It binds to toxins to help the body eliminate them and aids detoxification of the liver, breaks up mucus through out the body and helps digestion.
Note: Do not use if you are allergic to apples. It may lower blood pressure and affect blood glucose and insulin levels.
